This program offers a highly interactive, physician-only learning environment through bi-weekly 90-minute online sessions. You'll engage with physician peers making the same transition from clinical practice to business leadership through healthcare-specific case studies, executives-in-dialogue sessions with senior healthcare leaders, peer collaboration on real organizational challenges, and individual executive coaching. All interactions are designed specifically for physicians, eliminating the tension of learning alongside non-medical professionals.

The $10,000 program fee includes six months of comprehensive curriculum (12 bi-monthly sessions), three individual executive coaching sessions, executives-in-dialogue mentorship access with senior healthcare executives, global peer learning network participation, individual action planning and assessment tools, University of Miami Herbert Business School certificate, and alumni network access.
